Terms of Service
Effective from 05/08/2025
TICKENTO is a ticketing service operated by Evento Promotions Ireland Limited, trading as Evento Ireland and TICKENTO.
By purchasing a ticket through TICKENTO, you agree to the following terms:
1. Ticket Validity
Tickets are valid only for the event listed, at the time and location specified.
Each ticket admits one person unless otherwise stated.
Please ensure you select the correct ticket type (e.g. general admission or accessible).
2. Ticket Delivery & QR Codes
All tickets are issued digitally via email and include a unique QR code for event entry. These codes are non-transferable and cannot be duplicated.
If you lose your ticket email or do not receive it, please contact tickento@eventoireland.com to have it reissued.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the case of event cancellation.
No refunds will be issued for missed events, incorrect bookings, or personal circumstances.
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, TICKENTO will contact all ticket holders with next steps.
4. Booking Fees
All ticket prices include a booking fee, which covers administration, processing, ticketing system costs, and customer support.
This fee is non-refundable in all cases.
5. Group Bookings
For bookings of 10 or more, please email tickento@eventoireland.com to arrange group rates or block seating (where available).
6. Accessible Tickets
Accessible ticket options are available for selected events.
Please ensure you choose the correct ticket type at time of purchase.
For further assistance or specific accessibility requests, contact us in advance.
7. Children and Age Restrictions
Some events may carry age restrictions or supervision requirements. These will be clearly stated in the event description.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with age-related guidance. Refunds will not be issued where age restrictions are not followed.
8. Third-Party Events
TICKENTO also acts as a ticketing agent for selected third-party events. In these cases, this will be clearly indicated on the event page.
While we manage the ticketing process, all queries or disputes relating to the event content, cancellation, or changes must be directed to the event promoter. TICKENTO accepts no responsibility for third-party event delivery.
9. Customer Communication
Customers may receive event-related emails from TICKENTO or Evento Ireland before and after their booking.
Your information will never be shared with third parties outside of the event delivery team.
