Evento Ireland uses social media to share news, celebrate our work, promote upcoming events, and highlight the achievements of our participants, partners and artists. Platforms include Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

We may post:

• Photos and videos from our events, classes and workshops

• Promotional graphics and behind-the-scenes moments

• Testimonials, quotes or stories from participants (with permission)

2. Photos and Media at Events

At public events, photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes. We aim to be respectful and unobtrusive at all times.

For Academy camps, school workshops and any youth-based events, we will only use participant images where full consent has been given by a parent or guardian.

If at any time you wish for a photo or video to be removed, you can contact us directly and we will act quickly and respectfully.

3. Data and Privacy (GDPR)

Any personal data (such as names, contact details or booking information) shared with Evento Ireland is securely stored and never shared with third parties without your consent. We use data only to process bookings, maintain communication, and improve our services.

All data is handled in accordance with GDPR and Irish data protection legislation.
