Producing live theatre is only possible through the generosity and support of our local community.

This summer, almost 70 young people from Carlow and beyond are coming together to create one of the region's largest youth musical productions.

Every rehearsal, every costume, every light, every prop and every performance is made possible thanks to businesses and organisations that choose to invest in young people, creativity and the performing arts.

Every production is made up of hundreds of moving parts, from theatre hire and technical production to costumes, props and marketing. By sponsoring a specific element of We Will Rock You 2026, your business becomes a visible part of bringing this production to life.

• 🎭 Sponsor a Performance – €1000 - Become the official sponsor of one performance of We Will Rock You 2026 at VISUAL Carlow. Your business will be recognised as the Performance Sponsor across our programme, foyer signage and during the show.

• 💡 Professional Lighting – From €2,000 - Help create the atmosphere, energy and excitement of every performance through professional theatrical lighting.

• 🔊 Professional Sound – From €3,000 - Support the sound production that allows nearly 60 young performers to be heard throughout the theatre.

• 👗 Costumes – From €2,000 - Help bring the world of We Will Rock You to life by supporting costumes for our company of almost 60 young performers.

• 🎨 Props & Scenic Elements – From €1,000 -Support the creation of props and scenic elements that help transform the stage into the world of Globalsoft and the Bohemians.

• 📣 Marketing & Promotion – From €500 - Help us reach audiences across Carlow and beyond through printed marketing, digital advertising and promotional campaigns.

• 🍽 Cast Welfare – From €800 - Support refreshments, rehearsal resources and the wellbeing of our young company throughout the rehearsal process.

• ❤️ Bespoke Sponsorship - Every business is different. If you'd like to support another aspect of the production or discuss a bespoke sponsorship package, we'd love to hear from you.

Every Production Partner Will Receive

As a thank you for supporting We Will Rock You 2026, every Production Partner will receive:

• Full-page advertisement in our official A4 souvenir programme.

• Recognition on the We Will Rock You 2026 website.

• Dedicated social media acknowledgement.

• Inclusion in our production sponsor press release.

• Two complimentary tickets to a performance of We Will Rock You 2026 (subject to availability and pre-booking).
